Bao buns or baozi are Chinese round fluffy buns steamed from fluffy dough.
Their filling varies, usually most people prefer them with pork, duck or
vegetables, but you will find them in many other versions such as salmon,
shrimp, lobster crumbs, pulled beef and more.
WE TRIED BAO
**** In the
cozy "Pink Flamingo" of Vassilis Kallidis in the ethnic area of Syntagma, in addition to bao
(the filling of which changes every week) you will also try Chinese stuffed dim
sum pasta in three flavors, with pork and ginger, chicken-shrimp and vegetables.
All breads and pastries are made daily in the chef's workshop with Greek

kitchen of the restaurant "Epicure" in Kavala, Andreas Kamarias
started making bao bun steamed a few months ago. Fill them with pork pancetta,
tender pulled pork or chicken, add mandarin jelly, carrot, cucumber, fried
